Reservation Information

A deposit of half the due amount is required to reserve a chalet. The balance is due upon arrival. |
| All deposits are non-refundable. |
| A email confirmation will be sent once a deposit is made. |
| 7 days prior to your visit we will send instructions to access the chalet by email |

During peak season (July, August, March Break & Xmas) rentals are on a weekly basis only |

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. |

We have a 2 day minimum stay policy. |

We book our weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday (off season exceptions are made, please ask) |
Cancellation policy

All deposits are non-refundable. |

Cancellations for daily reservations can be made 7 days in advance |

Cancellations for weekly reservations can be made 14 days in advance |
(For cancellations made within the required notice period, deposits can be applied to a future rental period if space is available)
